
Come and join us as we celebrate the launch of our new campaign, NTU Wellbeing – happy, healthy, strong from the 26th-27th November. We will be showcasing self-care activities that will focus around prevention and maintaining good mental health & wellbeing whilst here at NTU including mindfulness walks, laughter sessions and zine therapy.
Our first day will be at Clifton campus on the 26th November 11-3pm in the Pavilion where we will have laughter sessions, drumming workshops, and a resilience workshop*
On the 27th November we launch at City campus 11-7pm, where we will have an incredible Luminarium in the atrium space in Newton. From the Luminarium there will be zine therapy workshops led by Dizzy Ink and mindfulness sessions. There will also be laughter sessions and drumming workshops in the Global Lounge as well as a resilience workshop* taking place in Boots Library. There will also be yoga in the city gym and a mindfulness walk walking leaving the NTSU main entrance at 1:00pm!
Our final day of the launch will be at Brackenhurst on the 28th November 11-3pm. We will be joining forces with the It’s Not Too Late event and will be having laughter sessions and drumming in the tent on the main lawn. There will also be a mindfulness walk leaving the library at 1:00pm and a resilience workshop*
