New Healthy NTU blog post! It’s been great to see lots of students using the new Zen Den Space in the Clifton SSC The Student Financial Support Team and International Student Support are hosting a free confidential workshop for international students. The workshop will focus on planning for the next academic year. Did you know that through the Student Health Centre on City Campus you can access Social Prescribing to support your wellbeing? Join us on city campus today for the last day of Mental Health Awareness week! As part of Mental Health Awareness Week our Student Mental Health Champions will be around in City @ntugloballounge today 11-2pm doing some rock painting and badge making🧑‍🎨 In need of some time away from studying? To mark Mental Health Awareness Week two of our Student Mental Health Champions have shared their personal stories and experiences with mental health. We know this time of year can be a particularly stressful time for many students, if you’re struggling we are here to support you.
